XingHelper and ZingBot both automate work on XING, but they place the emphasis differently.
Availability check on 7 September 2026: XingHelper’s public website, order forms, app login and
password-reset page were reachable. That establishes availability of those public product surfaces;
it does not mean we tested every advertised function in a paid account. The separate
xinghelper.de domain had an expired TLS certificate, which does not establish that XingHelper as
a whole has been discontinued.
What XingHelper does
XingHelper describes its current offer as a broad XING automation suite: profile scraping and export, messaging, posting and networking campaigns, and CSV exports. According to the vendor, messaging automation requires a XING Premium account; scraping, networking and posting do not. The public monthly prices at the time of the check were EUR 29 (Starter), EUR 49 (Standard) and EUR 99 (Sales Pro). The vendor states explicitly that it is not affiliated with XING.
What ZingBot covers — and what it does not
Overlapping: contact requests and messages in sequence, follow-ups, and stopping the moment someone replies — all inside your own XING account.
Not overlapping, and worth saying plainly: ZingBot is not a scraping or export tool. There is no CSV extraction of profile data and no posting automation. ZingBot works lists you bring in through the standard XING import or the TalentManager import.
If what you want is primarily a data source, ZingBot is not the right tool. If it is outreach and follow-up for recruiting, that is exactly what it is built for.
Quick decision
- XingHelper is the closer fit when profile scraping, data export or scheduled XING posts are part of the required workflow.
- ZingBot is the closer fit when the job is to work through an already reviewed recruiting list, with contact requests, messages, follow-ups and stopping on reply.
- Neither replaces XING or TalentManager. ZingBot brings contacts into the outreach workflow through the standard XING import or the TalentManager import.
